After sixty (60) days, either party may commence binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules. The prevailing party's legal costs shall be borne by the non-prevailing party.

Any ideas, suggestions, or proposals you submit to ProRewards will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and become the sole property of ProRewards without any compensation or credit to you.

22. Promotions

ProRewards may include contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other activities that require submission of information. All Promotions may be governed by separate rules, including eligibility requirements such as age and geographic restrictions. You are responsible for reading all Promotion rules before participating.

23. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force and effect. ProRewards operates from its offices in India. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire understanding between you and ProRewards and supersede all prior agreements.

24. Disclaimer

ProRewards is not responsible for any content, code, or other imprecision and does not provide warranties or guarantees. The ProRewards Service and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty. Google or its partners are in no way associated, responsible, or sponsoring any games, quizzes, giveaway contests, or other features on our platform.
