All required information is service-dependent and stored in encrypted format. If you decline to provide your mobile number or email, we may be unable to provide services to you.

- Device & Account Info: Hardware model, OS version, unique device identifiers, mobile network info — used for fraud detection and activity tracking.

7. Cookies & Advertising

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing info@prorewards.io with your registered email and phone number. Requests are processed within 30 days, after which a confirmation email is sent before deletion.
